C’est une vraie délivrance que celle vécue hier matin par 170 familles de la cité Boutheldja Rabah du village de Dahmouni, 15 kilomètres à l’est de Tiaret, et pour cause, la délivrance a été à l’égale des longues années passées à vivoter dans ce no man’s land des temps modernes, sans commodités les plus élémentaires de la vie quotidienne. L’opération de relogement de ces 170 familles, préalablement recensées, vers des logements décents vers l’ensemble urbain situé route de Mahdia a commencé tôt le matin non sans la mobilisation par les autorités communales et de wilaya de conséquents moyens humains et matériels. Pour tout dire, ce fut une première dans cette localité rurale.
Dix autres familles devraient être relogées incessamment depuis la «cité la gare», diront le chef de daïra et le maire de Dahmouni car elles résident elles aussi dans des habitations précaires. A vrai dire, l’opération d’éradication précaire n’a pas été une sinécure tant certaines familles réfractaires rechignaient à l’idée du relogement car plusieurs personnes logeaient sous le même toit. Le problème a vite été solutionné car les pouvoirs publics, compréhensifs, avaient accédé aux vœux de certains.
Dans une déclaration de presse, monsieur Rouba Saïd, directeur de l’OPGI, a fait savoir que le programme RHP dans toute la wilaya est en passe d’être définitivement clos car l’écrasante majorité des 6 800 familles recensées en 2007 a bénéficié d’un toit. A Mostaganem, un bidonville rasé et 20 familles relogées, tel a été l’objectif de l’opération menée, avant-hier, au niveau de la commune de Hadjadj, située à l’Est, à une quarantaine de kilomètres du chef-lieu de Mostaganem. Pour certaines familles, cela fait des années qu’elles attendent un toit décent, d’où la grande joie de se voir relogés dans leurs nouveaux logements sociaux.
Selon les informations recueillies lors de cette opération de relogement, l’assiette foncière récupérée servira à la réalisation d’un autre projet dans le même cadre. Plusieurs familles qui occupaient des habitations précaires, des bidonvilles, des chalets et des cimetières ont bénéficié, au cours de l’année dernière, de logements décents au niveau de plusieurs quartiers. Signalons qu’un soulagement a été constaté par les bénéficiaires lors de l’opération de relogement dans des habitations toutes neuves. «Un bénéficiaire de cette opération : «Je tiens à remercier notre président, Son Excellence M. Abdelaziz Bouteflika et les autorités locales de la wilaya de Mostaganem qui font leur possible pour améliorer les conditions de vie».
